Flower Parade for the New Year!

Happy New Year everyone! I've been a bit late to greet you because i just emerged from hibernation during the Christmas season. I am fully recharged now and i have already viewed a lot of new plant lover blogs and gardens around the world. I have also commented a lot in most of them. As my gift for the few bloggers who visit here, i am doing a slide show for you. I hope my small gift of love will inspire you to come back. You and your comments are my source of inspiration. This enticed me to embrace the plants again, which i have missed for a while due to the pressures of living in the city. (Please turn on the sounds on the icon at the top left corner, or click the star for your votes!).

May you be fully blessed starting now, with health and....wealth!!!

I would heartfully want to dedicate this slide show to Autumn Belle of   My Nice Garden for her patience and kindness in putting my link whenever she can, so more souls can come here. She also inspired me to rekindle my love for ornamentals, which i have shelved in the recesses of my brain for a while.

  5. Lovely slideshow, Andrea! Great idea! I'm especially delighted that you've included costus as now I know the ID of the unidentified plant that I frequently see and find fascinating. Thanks for sharing.

  9. Dear Jacqui, Jodi, Autumn Belle, Birdy: Thank you very much for the visit and comments.

Jacqui, so you have Costus sp. too. There is also a variegated cultivar of that though the flower is also white. I already learned how to do your instructions, TYVM.
