Rosie - high, you seem to be slowing down your posting these days! how are you? Yes the drama not only differs from night to night but even within the 30 min sunset duration. Stunning indeed!
Autumn Belle - When everything else fails, my sunset views don't, they are very sincere in giving me joy!
One - and they are even more dramatic in person and at wide angle than these i am showing here, because these are just frames from the whole drama! It's really fantastic! Trust me, haha!
beautiful! I thought of you last week when I took some (crappy) photos of the most gorgeous sunset. i wish you could pass along some of your skills to me.
Cher of Sunray Gardens - thank you for this visit.
NC Sue - i just saw you're hosting thank you posts, and i had a very difficult time putting the link, maybe after 10 tries. lol. Maybe it is nice for you to have a meme photo too, so it is more interesting!
Solitude Rising - color of skies depend not only on particles reflecting and absorbing some colors of the spectrum, but also of the slant or angle of the sun in relation to the earth.
Wendy - Thanks for thinking about me in relation to sunset, that is a very good compliment for me already, haha! I don't think i have skill to pass along, as maybe it depends only on the presence of very nice subjects and the presence of the camera. By the way, i am now using a DSLR with CPL which enhance the sunsets.
I also think about you when i take photos of food, however i am not really good at recipes or cooking so i can't link with you on this matter.
Betsy - thank you very much. I too am always awed with your photos.
Magical Mystical Teacher - do you see mystery in my sunset shots? I hope you do, as i did! thanks for the poem too.
Francisca - i love how we titled our sunsets almost the same. Yes they are "maganda"/beautiful. This is from my home, a medium skyrise!
Chubskulit - thanks.
Ewok - thank you, thank you for your double appreciation! hehe.
Wren - thank you, thank you also for the double appreciation just like Ewok above, hehe again. But seriously, i am really gifted with these afternoon shots whenever i stay at home. Maybe others do not have the same privilege like me at the 5th Floor!
Linda - yes my sunset views are spectacular, if only i have some of your lovely lenses and gadgets, they might come out more beautiful. Congratulations also on your wedding pictorials and the finished collages, they are super lovely.
Chubskulit - thanks again for this reply and the kindness to come over the 2nd time.
Sunita - and i love those Curcuma too, mine of different variety did not flower yet, still storing food before reproduction.
EG Wow - yes my views wash my negativities away. Unfortunately, i don't have many structures or nice objects as foreground. thanks.
SR - haha yes, if only we can properly defrag our brains or reformat it, then maybe we can absorb as much as when it is still like a sponge. I am glad the Scientific names were injected there during those times, as those i learn from blogging don't stay there anymore. Only the Proiphys amboinensis is still here but i am not sure if next month i can still pronounce it, LOL.
Oh my goodness. I finally was able to sit down and read today. That first pic is incredible....so are the rest, but what beautiful captures!!! Our sunsets here have been lovely over the past nights. It's interesting how different it can all look each day.
You are welcome to my blog. Your comments, suggestions and/or advice are surely appreciated. I am from the Philippines, a hot tropical climate, and this blog is a mixture of travels, photos and a lot more from here and abroad. I hope you enjoy it.
And never the same drama from night to night! What a great view you have Andrea of those stunning sunsets :)
ReplyDeleteWow! Scenes like these make me realise the beauty of our planet Earth, and the might of our Creator.
